1. Orders
Orders placed through this website are offers to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it in the kitchen. We may refuse or cancel orders where items are unavailable, prices are incorrect, or fraud is suspected — we will refund any amount paid.
2. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before charging it. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Allergens & dietary
Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame and other allergens. While we label menu items with allergen information, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens due to shared preparation areas. Please see our allergen page and contact us if you have severe allergies.
4. Delivery & collection
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Collection orders must be collected before closing time. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address and be available to receive the order.
5. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order while it is still pending. Once the kitchen starts preparing, orders cannot be cancelled. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right or refund you. See our refunds page for details.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
